We are currently seeking a HRIS Solutions Analyst . In this role, you will partner with Employee Services and Human Resources leadership and their customers to configure, manage and support HR systems in alignment with best practices and business processes including payroll, compensation, compliance, performance management, talent management and workforce analytics. The HRIS Solutions Analyst serves as a technical point of contact for and engages with communities of practice to support end users. They will assist subject matter experts to ensure data integrity, support upgrades, test system changes and integrate new clients into the systems. The HRIS Solutions Analyst will develop or support dashboards and reports that enable the business to measure results and analyze its workforce. They will analyze work process design and flow, improve processes and leverage the return on technical capabilities. The individual will build project plans, ensure adherence to project schedules, and work effectively with peers and partners to set technology priorities and conduct long-term planning.

Responsibilities:  

  • Support HRIS system implementations and integrations, including documenting requirements, testing configuration and end user support.
  • Write and maintain user procedure guidelines and documentation for HR systems and integrations.
  • Monitor HR systems integrations to ensure accuracy and work to resolve any data integrity issues or errors with partners and vendors.
  • Consult with Employee Services, HR and other departments to determine HRIS needs.
  • Analyze HRIS performance metrics and resolve application issues.
  • Perform application upgrades and provide training and technical support to admins and end users.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR processes by optimizing HRIS configuration and practices to support business goals and shared services.
  • Ensuring the efficient recording, accuracy and secure storage of HR data and perform audits and analysis to ensure data integrity.
  • Develop/maintain security groups and membership in accordance with approved program structure/roles.
  • Partner with stakeholders, IT and vendors to develop reporting capabilities and workforce analytics that enable data-driven business decisions.
  • Stay current with technological advancements and trends in the field of HRIS.
  • Develop defined repeatable data and processes that are aligned with SOX and audit standards and act a point of contact for internal and external audit inquiries.
  • Maintain impeccable records of changes to system information though case management or other means to ensure documentation is available for audit purposes.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with variety of functional stakeholders, such as HR, Payroll, field teams, and IT.

Qualifications: 

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, HR management, business administration, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience as an HRIS or business analyst in a related industry.
  • Ability to collaborate, provide technical support, and train staff.
  • Extensive experience in analyzing HRIS and HR performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in database management and security, as well as running data queries and developing reports.
  • Proficiency in ERP/HCM software, such as Ceridian Dayforce, Oracle, SAP, Workday, ADP.
  • Experience in documenting processes, as well as performing diagnostic tests and audits.
  • Ability to work independently, managing multiple projects.
  • Must be able to handle highly sensitive data and information with the greatest degree of confidentiality.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to develop information and resources employees and leaders need.
  • Strong Microsoft 365 Cloud skills, including advanced Excel and/or Power BI Skills.

Preferred Experience: 

  • Experience with Ceridian Dayforce.
  • Experience working with a construction and field-based workforce.
