Position Summary:
This position has responsibility for processing of contracts, purchase orders, change orders, invoices, payroll, and associated documents. In addition, this position provides light receptionist and administrative support for office of project managers.
Responsibilities:
- Processing of Owner and Subcontractor contracts and change orders
- Processing of Owner and Subcontractor invoices
- Document management and tracking
- Reporting of weekly payroll
- Answering, screening and forwarding incoming calls
- Processing of incoming and outgoing mail
- Management and upkeep of office supplies, equipment, and areas
- Administrative tasks to support office personnel
Other Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and telephone

- Proficient with computer technology and standard software platforms
- Must be able to effectively operate standard office equipment
