As a Kitchen Clerk, a typical day might include the following:

• Providing prompt, friendly food service in fast-paced kitchen environment
• Preparing kitchen foods according to pre-determined recipes
• Providing excellent customer service
• Following checklists and production schedules to provide efficient department operations 
• Labeling and storing all prepared foods properly in a timely manner
