About the Job:

Arcoro seeks a Product Marketing Specialist to support our product positioning & go-to-market activities for direct, channel partner, and vertical revenue streams. This highly collaborative team player will become the expert on our products, competitors, and customers. The role is best suited for detail-oriented individuals who have the ability to develop and execute project plans through cross-functional teams to ensure deadlines are met.

To be successful, you’ll have the ability to shift between strategic and tactical activities while communicating and coordinating with various internal stakeholders, especially related to our product launch/release plans.  You’ll be able to identify and clearly communicate unique selling propositions along with translating complex knowledge into a variety of different content including blogs, eBooks, video scripts, and more. Plus, you’ll take the lead on the creation of our sale enablement and marketing materials.

In this role you’ll be part of our growing Marketing team and work closely with a cross-functional, geographically dispersed team of experienced sales, marketing, and software professionals. You must be able to work independently in a highly productive environment and take strategies from ideation through execution. If you have the whole package, then we have a place for you!

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Product Marketing & Market Intelligence
    • Monitor market trends and industry shifts to help drive product positioning, market penetration strategies, and differentiated messaging.
    • Put yourself in the perspective of customers to build messages that tap into the needs and motivations of users and buyers.
    • Analyze target segment data to identify customer needs and key persona characteristics to develop & refine Ideal Customer Profiles for marketing and sales outreach activities.
    • Become a competitive intelligence expert by analyzing competitive offerings and creating SWOT-based battle cards to assist sales.
  • Product Launch Planning & Communications
    • Coordinate with internal teams to execute product launch plans and ensure all milestones, deadlines, and deliverables are met.
    • Develop and manage product-related communications (product updates, feature releases, etc) across internal departments (product, sales, and marketing) and external stakeholders (customers, channel partners, etc.)
    • Help document and train internal teams & channel partners on product and solution vision, positioning, key value propositions, and market differentiation.
    • Analyze buyer personas to identify and develop thought-leading content that supports the buyer journey for each target segment.
  • Sales Enablement
    • Translate product & solutions messaging into sales materials including standard presentations, datasheets, sales aids, and other materials for external stakeholders.
    • Partner with sales teams to identify and develop additional sales tools that align with our typical buyer journey.
    • Collaborate with revenue marketing to develop & refine product-led marketing campaigns based on current positioning & messaging narratives.

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing.
  • 3-5+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience
  • Experience working with marketing programs and technologies such as HubSpot, Web CMS system, Salesforce CRM, Camtasia, and others
  • Strong collaboration and project management skills – and ability to work effectively with different people within an organization (technical, salespeople, strategists).
  • Flexiiblity to adapt to changing requirements and the ability to balance both strategic and tactical objectives.
  • A creative storyteller who can develop concise & compelling marketing messages and out-of-the-box ideas.
  • Solid public speaking and presentation skills across in-person, online, and video events.
  • Critical thinker who is analytical, results-oriented, highly communicative, and dives into the details.
  • Problem-solver who can execute with pristine detail and be able to operate under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Must have a portfolio of developed materials and results to show during the interview process.
