Job Type: Temporary, Non-Exempt

Pay: Competitive, Hourly

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Work with senior engineering staff on the following tasks:
  • Perform power system studies including but not limited to Short Circuit Analysis, Protective Device Coordination, Arc Flash Risk Assessment, Load Flow Analysis, Harmonic Analysis, etc.
  • Develop Protection & Control One-Line, Three-Line, Elementary, and Wiring Diagrams.
  • Medium voltage distribution design including site plan development, installation details, specifications, etc.
  • Assembling and putting together drawing and engineering submission packages.
  • Development of relay settings and programs for various manufacturers including SEL, GE, Basler, Beckwith, Siemens, ABB, Schneider Electric, Eaton, Cooper, etc.
  • Develop reports detailing engineering analysis and recommendations.
  • Correspondence with customers and clients.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Interest in pursuing Power Engineering as a career
  • Familiar with CAD drafting preferred

Education & Experience

  • Pursuing a BS in Electrical Engineering; Junior year student preferred

Pre-Screen

License & Certifications:

  • Driver's License Required.
