Summary

Alloy group is seeking a highly experienced, dynamic, self-motivated Senior Program Manager with civil design and construction project management experience. This individual will successfully drive our projects through all phases, from early planning, design, through construction. This position may be available for remote work, primarily in Colorado, dependent upon candidate need and qualifications, but will be based out of our Anaconda, Montana office. Opportunities will be available to work with other offices in the US west.

This Senior Program Manager will have technical expertise in environmental remediation system design, construction QA/QC, and large program management. Skills include the ability to manage large and complex projects and milestones within the schedule and budget and will primarily be responsible for defining scope and developing and managing performance against budget and schedule. The Senior Program Manager will be experienced in managing multiple subcontractors, all project technical initiatives and multidisciplinary staff to complete project requirements.

This is a regular, full-time, salaried position.  Pay rate will be based on individual qualifications and experience. The Successful Candidate will accomplish the following:

  • Lead, oversee, and execute the management of a complex project in Colorado, focused on remedial solutions and construction of innovative technical applications.
  • Work closely with a project team to navigate through challenges and meet client needs
  • Take initiative to resolve issues assuring client needs are met effectively, in balance with company goals, and Alloy employees
  • Lead and advise the development of strategies and delivery
  • Provide QA/QC of construction activities and lead teams in support of project and program objectives.
  • Supervisor and mentor project technical staff
  • Implement Alloy‘s exceptional safety procedures and standards of professional ethics

 

Experience and Qualifications Needed for Success:

 

  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years combined experience in project management, environmental consulting, design, or construction management
  • Demonstrated experience working with multiple stakeholders, such as federal agencies and large commercial clients
  • Experience supervising staff and project teams
  • Experience in and ability to manage multiple complex projects and programs in diverse settings and with changing conditions and requirements
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced work environment and desire to work in a highly collaborative team atmosphere

 

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

  • M.S. degree in environmental engineering, construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
  • Professional Engineering License (P.E.) in Montana, Colorado, Arizona, Nevada, and/or California
  • AutoCAD, Civil3D proficiency, dedicated field construction management experience
