John Deere Construction Equipment Dealership with multiple locations serving Southern California, Nevada and Idaho is looking for a Front Office Receptionist for our Meridian, Idaho location.
Job Responsibilities:
- Receives visitors and telephone calls ensuring these individuals are directed to the proper parties within the dealership
- Greet walk-in customers and direct them to the appropriate department
- Drafts and types standard letters and memoranda as requested and prepares documents for distribution
- Mail customer statements and other correspondence as needed
- Distribute, date, stamp incoming mail and maintains dealership files
- Scan documents into Doc Storage
- Provides administrative support to the sales, parts, and service departments as needed
- May order office supplies for the store location
- Other admin tasks as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Solid clerical expertise
- Strong people and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office
- High School degree or equivalent

Minimum qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Authorized to work in US.
Physical Demands:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a phone and computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds.
Availability to Work: 25 hours a week. 10am-3pm. Monday to Friday.
