We are currently seeking a IT Operations Specialist. In this role, you will support the IT organization by functioning as a generalist who can manage a variety of projects, perform business analysis, and support the IT team needs.
Responsibilities:
- Develops and maintains the IT performance dashboard, challenging leaders to add measurable components to their work. Produces leadership dashboard monthly. Identifies and highlights areas for improvement.
- Manages processes and projects to further operational proficiencies and reporting.
- Leads special projects assigned to the IT Business Office. Responsible for project lifecycle of these projects.
- Collaborates with teams in IT and BPT to gain alignment and consensus.
- Facilitates efforts for annual planning exercises across CIO sphere of ownership. Supports documentation, structure, and timing in advance of budget process.
- Responsible for planning and execution of annual IT Workshop.
- Assist with project management for selected projects
- Coordinate with interdepartmental teams to produce alignment and better business outcomes
- Test business processes and recommend improvements
- Other duties as needed or assigned.
Qualifications:
- BS/BA in business or relevant alternative
- 2+ years Project Manager and/or Business Analyst experience
- Influence stakeholders to support business projects
- Strong character, confidentiality, ethics, commitment, and reliability
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
