You are an innovative, self-directed individual who thrives on multi-tasking while maintaining high attention to detail to fill a Contract Specialist role. You enjoy working with a dynamic team and take a positive and proactive approach to working with customers.  This is an exciting position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, busy environment and brings with them initiative, excellent problem-solving and organization skills, and the desire to make an impact at Jamar.

THE JOB:

Contract Specialist

• Review, draft, and negotiate various client agreements including non-disclosure agreements, master service agreements and large construction services contracts
• Working with clients in a professional manner
• Establishing rapport and working relationship with high levels of management
• Working with the legal department, when appropriate
• Performing special assignments or projects as required

THE QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2-year Associate degree, paralegal, or insurance certification, plus one year of experience or 4 years of contract, paralegal, or insurance related experience
• Understanding and knowledge of construction contract terms, concepts, and standards.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite products, SharePoint a plus.
• Data entry and keyboarding proficiency with high degree of accuracy required
