Kia of Des Moines is seeking a  Parts person who will provide our customers with exceptional service and assist in stocking in parts. Kia of Des Moines makes customer service a top priority so candidates must be friendly, customer service focused, and maintain a professional appearance.

Responsibilities:

• Ship and receive parts
• Stock shelves
• Inventory cycle counts
• Assist with manufacturer obsolescence returns
• Prepare parts orders for delivery
• Cleaning/dusting/organizing shelves
• Assist technicians with parts orders
• Answer phones and assist retail/wholesale customers
• Assist retail/wholesale customers at the walk-in counter
• Deliver parts to wholesale customers
• Care and responsiveness while driving and delivering our parts

Requirements:

• Prior Parts experience (preferred)
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply
• Have a valid Iowa Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Will submit to a drug and background screening
