Cohen Milstein is now accepting applications for the 2023 Summer Associate program year.  We are seeking exceptional and motivated candidates with strong writing and analytical skills who will have completed their second year of law school by the summer of 2023.

Our Summer Associates are valued members of our litigation team. In past years, our Summer Associates have drafted portions of appellate briefs, helped prepare for and attended depositions, researched evidentiary issues for trial where the results of their research were used, and worked with co-counsel from other top firms around the country on cases with both national and international implications. Our summer program is generally 10 weeks long.
