ABOUT THE POSITION:

The Member Account Representative position works in a high performance, customer-focused team environment and is responsible for several customer-oriented tasks in a call center environment. These responsibilities include responding to member open/close requests, member inquiries, and requests for account information, negotiating collections arrangements, coordinating service requests, determining the most effective resolution to customer issues and maintaining customer accounts.

                                               

QUALIFICATIONS:

The successful candidate will have a high school degree or equivalent with two years experience in customer service and/or billing/collections. The candidate should be comfortable in communicating both verbally and written with members and have a proven track record of maintaining excellent relationships with both internal and external personnel. We are seeking a proactive and highly motivated person who can work independently and as a member of a team.
