Bayside Fire is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of a Project Accountant Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage project cost codes, estimates, and project budgets in accounting software as well as job costing software
• Maintain individual project budgets to include base contract and change orders
• Manage customer payment applications and lien release requirements in a timely and accurate manner
• Run weekly aging reports to analyze delinquent accounts, delayed payments, and other irregularities and perform collections as needed
• Manage and maintain all specific billing files
• Produce administrative and financial documents as required for each project
• Perform project cost related reporting for review with team members to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget
• Assist with preparation of monthly work in progress reports
• Familiar with Textura, GCPay, Procore and other 3rd party project management systems
• Familiar with AIA G702/G703
• Familiar with progress billings
• Other duties and ad-hoc projects as required
