About the Job:  We are looking for a passionately communicative Customer Service Representative that will be the front-line responder to customer questions and needs. The Customer Service Representative will answer all incoming phone calls from Arcoro customers and help respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high level of customer satisfaction.

 

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Assist customers with basic functionality questions with the Arcoro software. If needed, the CSR will enter a ticket for Arcoro Support in our ticketing software, ZenDesk.
  • Direct phone calls to applicable departments as needed
  • Assist customers in updating payment method
  • Basic data entry into our CRM system, Salesforce
  • Provide nothing less than AWESOME service to all our customers
  • Other miscellaneous duties as assigned

Must Haves:

  • The ability to be a good listener, and understand a customer problems questions and help them solve it. If you don’t absolutely love doing this 8 hours a day, do not apply.
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and the aptitude to learn new software systems are required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Prior experience supporting web-based applications.
  • A true passion for providing outstanding customer service is essential

Nice to Haves:

  • Windows & Mac troubleshooting experience a plus.
