Responsibilities:

• Lead, Coordinate and Manage Concrete Curb Operations
• Ensure Quality Product While Maximizing Productivity of Concrete Curb Operations
• Accountable for Safety, Department P&L, Quality Product and Department Scheduling
• Ensure Project Safety and Resolve Internal and External Customer Issues
• Coach, Mentor and Support Career Growth of Concrete Curb Team Members
• Build and Maintain Key Supplier and Concrete Subcontractor Relationships

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Project Specification, ACI Standards, ADA Requirements and PennDOT Specifications
• Experienced Project Manager with the Ability to Plan, Forecast, and Manage Under/Over Allocation of Resources
• Knowledge of Blue Prints, Stake Out and Sting Line Installation for Curb Machine
• Familiarity of OSHA Safety
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to Pass Criminal Background Check
• ACI Certifications Preferred but not Required

Compensation: 

• Hourly Rate Based on Skill Level: $30.00 hr +
