Position Summary

The Information Technology Director is responsible for all IT (Information Technology) aspects in the organization including needs assessment, solution evaluation, vendor selection and implementation, as well as Integration with vendors. The IT Director is a strategic partner in our organization and will work directly with executive leadership to align IT strategy with the strategic goals of the organization.

Essential Job Duties

  • Manage IT staff along with coordinating yearly reviews of staff
  • Maintain & Review IT and Infrastructure Service Contracts and Negotiations
  • Maintain & Review IT Protocols and Standards
  • Maintain IT Policies and Procedures
  • Manage Internship program with RCCC
  • Lab Information System Administrator
  • Maintain Local VMware Servers and Redundant Systems
  • Perform Necessary Training Requirements for staff
  • Perform Software Demonstration using Zoom Webinars
  • Manage Cloud Infrastructure and Security
  • Manage Cloud Software Releases
  • Project Management for the following items:
    • Integrations with LIS, EMR, EHR.
    • Integrations with ATS/HRIS.
    • Custom Software Spec and Design.
    • Software Development Life Cycle – SDLC.
      • In-House Developed Software.
      • In-House Third-Party Software.
      • Servers
      • PC Workstations
      • Network
    • Manage Third Party Cyber Defense Staff.
    • Manage Disaster Recovery systems and processes.
    • Run Checks and Pen Tests on internal and external software.
    • Maintain the website certificates and domains.
    • Programming Development when needed.
    • Programming Coaching.
    • Research & Development on all possible Software Ideas.
    • Maintain All Staff Duties when they are out.
    • Website Additions.
    • Must be a team player in solving complex problems and issues.
    • Must be able to attend work on a regular and predictable basis.
    • Must be able to work well, efficiently and with accuracy under the stress of deadlines.
    • Must be able to work in a cooperative manner with managers, supervisors, coworkers, customers and the public.
    • Must be able to complete assigned tasks in a safe manner and in a constant state of alertness.
    • Must be able to uphold Company policies, including the anti-harassment program.

Education and Experience

Minimum requirements:

  • Certifications: MCSE, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, CNE, VMware or similar
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or commensurate experience.

  • Systems: Windows, Linux, OS X and Cisco Systems, VMware, Apple, Azure Cloud Services, VMware Servers, VMware Networking, Stonly Software, Mitel Telephone Networks, NxtGen Firewalls, Zoom.
  • Networking: Switches, Routers, Hubs, Servers, Cables, Racks, Firewalls, LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, UDP, Latency, VoIP, QoS, EIGRP, BGP, OSPF, NHRP, ATM, PPP, MPLS, Mitel, VMware, Azure networking. 

Software: Microsoft Office Admin, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft TEAMS, QuickBooks, Visual Studio 2017 & 2019, Microsoft API 2.0, RESTful APPS, LogMeIn, Zoho, FreshService, Stonly, FreshDesk, Snag-it, Hub Spot, Constant Contact, TeamWork Project Management and Trello.
