The Employee Rotational Program is for candidates who want to explore the finance and accounting departments services industry and various career opportunities within the APi Family of companies and who have geographic preferences that align with locations of our 200+ branches.
Overview: This competitively paid program will provide exposure to several APi industries and the roles within the companies.
What you can expect:
Based on regional preferences, a rotational experience will be created during which the candidate will spend 1 year in two different APi businesses or departments on the following:
- Preparing, analyzing, and explaining financial information
- Accounting systems and processes
- Gathering and assessing audit evidence and documentation
- Understanding department level to company-level revenue projections
- Rolling out new process improvement initiatives
- Assisting with quarterly or annual public filing
- Understanding Company level Mission/Vision/Values
Candidate Responsibilities:
- Provide thoughtful input concerning their rotation development plan
- Proactively seek learning opportunities
- Communicate their development progress to program leadership
- Continually seek to build relationships within the organization
- Seek and act on feedback provided
