RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the central design figure on a team by designing the layout of: rough and precise grading and erosion control plans; public, offsite, and street improvements; underground utilities including water and sewer
- Prepare technical reports including hydrology and hydraulics, earthworks, sewer capacity, water demand, etc.
- Involved in the preliminary, DD, and CD phase; completing due diligence, feasibility studies, and entitlements; provide construction support through site visits, project coordination, and responding to RFIs.
- Able to independently perform complex design tasks and solve major design issues with little to no supervisory input.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Have a combination of a bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Civil Engineering or equivalent discipline from a four-year college or university. Minimum years of experience can range from 5 to 7 years depending on previous land development design experience.
- Minimum two years independently solving complex engineering problems within land development.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, LDD and/or Civil 3D software required.

Approved Salary Range: $95000 - 122000
