As a Recruiter/Staffing Coordinator, you are tasked with finding, identifying, and hiring talented individuals to join our staff of Telephone Interviewers. You will manage the full life cycle of the hiring process from our call center in San Antonio, Texas.

This is a full-time ONSITE position. Evening and weekend hours required.

SkillRequirements: 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic reading, computer, and typing skills.
  • Comfortable social networking and strength in building relationships with candidates.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail.

Experience: 

  • Management experience is preferred.
  • Previous Call Center Experience is preferred.
  • MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) required.
  • Proven success delivering results in a fast-paced, demanding, high growth environment.

Job description – As Onsite Recruiter/Staffing Coordinator the main job responsibility is to meet the hiring goals of their locations by staffing up the call center with qualified onsite telephone interviewers. The hiring team is crucial to the company’s overall success and continued growth. Staffing coordinators will screen candidates using an ATS, coordinate the interview and orientation process, run new hire orientation sessions, facilitate the transition from orientation to first day of work while ensuring candidates have a positive onboarding experience. This is an incredible opportunity to join a collaborative team of staffing coordinators and make a significant impact within the company. 

 

Responsibilities – 

  1. Source candidates from online sources, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events.
  2. Screen candidates by reviewing job applications and performing phone, onsite, or virtual interviews.
  3. While interviewing candidates – maintain thorough communication and represent the company in a positive manner.
  4. Guide candidates through the hiring process, including performing background checks and job offer process.
  5. Manage the onboarding experience in preparation for the new hire’s orientation session.
  6. Foster an engaged candidate experience through timely and transparent communication throughout the process.
  7. Lead new hire orientation training sessions and provide an accurate representation of the telephone interviewer position.
  8. The ability to change scheduled shifts based on the team’s overall coverage and needs.
  9. The ability to work within a team collaboratively.
  10. Complete any other tasks assigned by their superiors.
