You will be joining a diverse team of highly qualified professionals, which include industry leaders in soil and groundwater remediation, contaminant fate and transport and soil vapour intrusion. You will be collaboratively delivering projects for clients who own some of the most challenging sites in the country. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Fieldwork including soil, soil vapour, surface water and groundwater sampling, drilling and contractor oversight, and remediation treatment system operation and maintenance;
- Well installation, aquifer testing, and groundwater monitoring;
- Chemical data and contaminant fate & transport evaluation;
- Groundwater and soil remedy evaluation, cost estimation, design calculations, and implementation;
- Data analysis, including preparing maps, tables, and figures; and
- Preparation of technical reports, letters, memoranda, plans, specifications, and proposals.

EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree in geology or environmental, civil, or chemical engineering. (required)
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Around 2 to 5 years of direct environmental consulting experience.
- Experience with multi-disciplinary project teams.
- Demonstrated success in teamwork.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced consulting environment, handling multiple project assignments, meeting deadlines and budgets, and traveling to client facilities as needed.
- Valid VIC or NSW driver’s licence and satisfactory driving record for business travel. (required)
- Prior research experience in contaminated media or remediation technology. (preferred)
- Experience with software such as ArcView, Microsoft Access, Modflow, and/or EVS (preferred)
- Licensed Asbestos Assessor (preferred)
