Job Title - Proposals Content Coordinator

Location - Montgomery, AL, on-site

What You Will Do

  • Coordinate with other departments and offices to obtain information per direction of supervisor. 
  • Track and maintain photos and data in Excel and cloud-based database software.
  • Format documents on an as-needed basis.
  • Submit and track approval of photos and text requiring owner authorization prior to public release.
  • Assist with department printing and packaging as needed.
  • Proofread, run errands, schedule meetings, and reserve conference rooms as needed.
  • Order and manage inventory of office and printer supplies.
  • Assist proposal managers with project research and composing resumes and project profiles as needed.
  • Serve as backup to Marketing Coordinator for printing tasks, photography, and videography on a limited, as-needed basis.
  • Working Conditions – Office setting, no travel required, full time
  • Reporting Structure – Senior Proposal Manager>Director of Marketing & Proposals

What We Expect

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities – Excellent written / verbal communication and grammar skills. Strong organizational skills. Ability and desire to learn new programs, streamline processes and manage multiple sets of data in various compositions. Thorough knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite: specifically including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word. Preferred skills include construction knowledge, experience with CPARS, working with CMiC, Open Asset, InDesign, and Adobe Acrobat.  A thorough knowledge of Excel with the ability to write/run reports with macros is also preferred.  Preferred skills are not requirements for this position.  Extensive training will be provided for the right candidate.

Education / Experience - Minimum high school diploma/GED and three years’ administrative experience working with databases and spreadsheets is preferred.
