Field Project Coordinators are individual contributors that provide field support to our internal field crews and external clients.

 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Report to the yard daily to get work locations and to schedule daily route
  • Drive to multiple residential or commercial locations daily to perform various functions to support the Field Project Team. (Company vehicle provided and is not to be used for personal business)
  • Take and provide photos/measurements/sketches of various job sites daily for the project teams
  • Provide customer service to external customers and community members who have questions about the work being performed or provide asking party with a contact who can answer their questions
  • Complete daily reports and submit them to management before end of each workday.
  • Provide a timesheet to management daily or weekly.  If daily, the timesheet should be sent before you end your day.  If submitting weekly, the timesheet should be submitted at the end of the day on the final day you of work
  • Overtime is not allowed unless specifically approved in advance by management.
  • Field Project Coordinators are not permitted to perform work outside of work schedule unless approved in advance
  • Perform all other tasks that management deems necessary to support Field operations

 SOFT REQUIRED

  • Solid computer skills; MS office
  • Ability to use GPS
  • Ability to use current technology such as smartphones and/or laptop related programs and/or applications
  • Great customer service skills
  • Time management, self-discipline, self-starter
  • Must have a clean, valid driver’s license, when operating a company vehicle
  • Must be dependable and on-time

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Good customer service skills
  • Good use of Microsoft products
  • Must be able to work in a team environment

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Must have physical strength, balance, hand-eye coordination, dexterity, and stamina necessary to complete jobs in various areas
  • Must be able to work in an office and field environment
  • Must be able to walk long distances for a minimum of 8 hours
  • Must be able to walk, kneel, squat, sit, climb, twist, and bend
  • Must be able to lift, push or pull 25 pounds or greater
  • Must be able to work in all weather conditions
  • Must be able to work extended hours, Saturdays, and nights, when needed. (Overtime must be requested and preapproved before 12:00 pm the same day)
  • Must be able to drive short and long periods of time (Possibly 100 miles to 150 miles per day or greater)
