Job Location: 32200 N 43rd Ave. Phoenix, AZ 85086

Hours: 7:00am – 3:30, Monday thru Friday

Classification: Hourly Non-Exempt (Overtime Eligible)

General Summary and Main Functions:

Under the supervision of the manager, this position provides administrative support for the project operations. In addition to typing, filing and scheduling, performs duties such as record keeping, timekeeping, coordination of meetings and conferences, inventory and obtaining supplies, coordinating direct mailings, and working on special projects. Also, answers non-routine correspondence and assembles highly confidential and sensitive information. Deals with a diverse group of internal and external customers at all levels of the organization.

Responsible to provide office and project assistant duties to various project teams to include but may not be limited to: 

  • General office support to team
  • Mail, interoffice and express mail coordination
  • Office/consumable supply inventorying and ordering
  • Order and print labels
  • Field timecard collection/submission
  • Office maintenance/support
  • Performs other duties as assigned  

Experience and Education:

  • 1-2 years of administrative experience required
  • Minimum 1-year customer service required
  • Minimum 1-year construction industry experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Strong verbal and written communication

Strong organizational skills

Ability to multi-task

Ability to work well in a team environment

Proficient with Excel, Word and Outlook

Ability to pass customer background check for badging purposes

Ability to drive on company business

Physical Demands:

This job operates in a professional office environment primarily located at customer project site. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

While performing the duties of this job which may involve walking the customer site, the employee may be exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee may be exposed to a variety of extreme weather conditions on facility grounds. The noise level in the work environment and facility grounds can be loud.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.

This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.

This position regularly drives a vehicle to run business errands, etc. within the local area.
