Cohen Milstein is seeking a junior associate to join its Antitrust Practice Group in its Washington, D.C. or New York City office. A strong academic background with excellent writing skills and analytic ability is required, as is the ability to manage and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.  Applicants must be able to take a leading role in discovery, including depositions and motion practice, researching and writing briefs, and at trial.

In accordance with New York City’s Wage Transparency Law, the expected annual salary range (excluding bonus) for this position is between $146,000 and $174,000.  Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors.
