Experienced Concrete Finisher

All Ways Construction is looking for reliable, hard working individuals to fill openings on our concrete crew.  Recent experience in concrete finishing / forming is required.

Responsibilities and Duties

Essential Duties

  • Read plans and know heights and elevations
  • Use laser transit
  • Set forms/wall panels systems
  • Operate a skid steer and/or excavator
  • Operate trowel machine-walk behind/ride on
  • Basic finishing skills
  • Communicated effectively with foreman, fellow crew members, customers and general public.
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Three (3) - five (5) years of recent concrete finishing experience.  Experience with stamped concrete a plus!
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Candidate must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to work in a number of diverse locations is pertinent, as work locations may change daily.
  • Punctuality, consistent attendance and self-direction for the success of the operations. 
  • Must have own finishing tools
