Functional Duties

  • Assist and support Branch Safety Manager with administrative duties (safety plans, orientation write ups, and document all fall protection and rigging.)
  • Conduct safety training for all new hires.
  • Assist in the administration of the site substance abuse screening program.
  • Serve as initial point of contact for company and client field personnel.
  • Administer/present craft safety training.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Branch Safety Manager.
  • Assist in incident investigations and basic field level incident management.
  • Represent Bragg Companies at Client sponsored safety meetings and forums.
  • At the direction of the Branch Safety Manager, implement Client/company driven safety initiatives at the field level.

Job Requirements

  • Experience with construction safety administration is preferred, but not required.
  • Outstanding communications skills - written and verbal communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced changing environment.
  • Good Organizational skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.

Education

  • High school diploma (or equivalent-Required).
  • Authorized to work in US.
