Job Purpose
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for working with the Regional Manager(s) to provide a professional, team-oriented approach to delivering the highest quality of service and support to our clients. These services include coordinating and monitoring the sales cycle from start to finish in collaboration with the assigned Regional Manager(s).

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Creates opportunities, job cards, subcontracts, including all necessary information and follows up with relevant parties regarding missing info and signatures;
  • Support with job setup;
  • Contract set up, gathering required signatures and requested documents;
  • Builds budget estimates and quotes for clients;
  • ordering bonds & COI's;
  • Monitors and updates assigned job status as needed;
  • Reviews bid documents;
  • Processes contract change orders;
  • Updates sales forecast;
  • Inputs Regional Manager's daily activities into CRM;
  • Documents and files progress within internal systems as required; and
  • Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • College degree preferred or equivalent experience in lieu of college degree required;
  • Minimum 2 -3 years previous related experience;
  • Must be detail oriented and highly organized;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to interact professionally, both verbally and in writing;
  • Advanced computer skills required, including proficiency in CRM database management;
  • Ability to work under pressure in a deadline driven environment; and
  • Must be proactive and solution oriented.

Working Conditions/ Physical Requirements

  • Requires extensive computer use for long periods of time;
  • Noise level is typically quiet in the office;
  • Required to stand, walk, use hands or fingers to probe, handle, or feel and reach with hands or arms;
  • Required to sit for long periods;
  • Required to listen and respond in a professional manner;
  • Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25lbs;
