We appreciate the self-starter who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty through practical field experience. While experiences vary based on your assigned project, you may be responsible for:

• Laying out civil and utility activities.
• Using laser/linker rod, theodolite, and a builder’s level.
• Installing rain liters and rain drains.
• Providing quality control of exterior cladding.
• Coordinating inventory control.
• Project closeout tasks in the field.
• Participating in Quality Control tasks.
• Addressing punch list needs.
• Preparing submittal entries and log updates.
• Soliciting and organizing subcontract bids.
• LEED management and coordination tasks.
• Posting and tracking RFI's.
• Updating drawings/as-builts.
• Assisting the estimating department with quantity take offs.
• Assembling closeout materials including O & M manuals, as-built drawings and warranties.
• Creating materials purchase lists.

You are qualified if:

• You are currently enrolled in a four-year degree program in building science, construction management or engineering, preferred.
• You are a self-motivated, self-starter, who demonstrates the ability to manage time effectively.
• You are a life-long learner looking to grow your knowledge and skills.
• You are skilled in communicating and collaborating with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders.
• You are highly organized, efficient, detail oriented and accurate.
• You possess strong leadership, communication and people skills.

Salary range $22.00 to $25.00 per hour.
