Behavioral Perspective (BPI) is an ABA therapy company dedicated to providing exemplary and much needed therapy services to children, teens, and young adults with Autism. We are currently searching for a dedicated Clinical Director to join our team of growing professionals in Springfield, IL. How will you make an impact?

  • Support a team of BCBAs, clinic management, and RBTs
  • Support a caseload dependent upon clinical needs
  • Partner with HR and Scheduling teams to determine or report hiring needs
  • Recruit, screen, and hire for team vacancies
  • Develop, implement, and maintain clinic standard operating procedures
  • Source, analyze, and report client satisfaction feedback
  • Collect KPI data and analyze in comparison to the goals set by you and your Regional Director
  • Observe clinic and home therapy sessions to provide feedback to technicians and supervisors

We are looking for people who:

  • Have a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
  • Have a BCBA certification
  • At least 3+ year(s) of experience working as a BCBA with individuals with Autism (preferred)
  • 3-5 years management experience
  • Ability to drive to meetings and service sites
  • Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software (Google Workspace, Central Reach, ADP)
  • Strong involvement in the autism/special needs community
