Hogan & Associates Construction has immediate openings for SHOP WELDERS/FABRICATORS to work at our steel fabrication facility known as Fineline Steel. Previous experience with dual shield welding process is a plus as well as experience with structural steel fabrication. This is a full time position, must be able to work overtime as needed. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, pass a physical abilities test, pass a background check and have reliable transportation to get to and from work. Personal welding equipment and tools are required.

Additional requirements for the position include:

• Proficient in assigned welding techniques.
• Ability to read and comprehend shop drawings.
• Running iron worker, plasma cutter, band saw.
• Interpretation of drawings, including weld requirement symbols.
• Working knowledge of fixturing and weld set up (amps, volts, etc.).
• Conventional and precision measuring instruments.
• Process inspection, certification, and documentation.
• Welding equipment maintenance.
• Finish grinding applications using manual and power tools.
• Safety and Housekeeping.
