Job Type: Full-Time +, Non-Exempt
Pay: $18.00 per hour.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruiting and onboarding activities.
- Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the engineering office.
- Source potential candidates from job posting sites (AES, Monster, Indeed, Linkedin college career, etc.).
- Learn to identify valid job candidates.
- Contact identified candidates, handle initial phone interviews, and schedule additional phone and/or in-person interviews.
- Attend meetings to understand hiring priorities for week, month, and quarter.
- Maintain recruiting database.
- Establish and maintain a social media presence for the recruiting department.
- Coordinate onboarding process for new hires including background checks, drug screens, E-verify, and I-9.
- Responsible for processing all reports and deliverables including but not limited to consistency, proof spelling, and grammar.
- Responsible for accurately maintaining the project database/server for organization and accuracy.
- Assist in the coordination and logistics of trade shows and customer relations including registration, travel and lodging, preparation of company informational materials, and promotional items.
- Responsible for creating job orders using AES’s Operations Management Software (OMS) and distributing the job orders to the appropriate internal departments as needed and directed by the Manager.
- Generating and tracking proposals internally and externally on Salesforce
- Responsible for creating and submitting purchase orders using the OMS system and submitting PO’s to vendors and to the corporate office, as requested by the Manager.
- Responsible for assisting in tracking project financials.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by the Regional or Staffing Managers as needed from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Strong phone and email skills (good verbal and written communication).
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office, databases) and solid social media knowledge.
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask with attention to detail.
Education & Experience:
- Administrative assistant experience is required.
- A recruiting or telesales background is preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
Pre-Screen:
- Upon offer, employees may be required to complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen, background and/or MVR check.
License & Certifications:
- Driver's License Required.
