Job Title: Accounting Administrator

Starting pay $16-19 per hour based on equivalent experience and education with annual bonus potential and excellent benefits including paid medical and dental, paid time off, 401k, and participation in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
  • Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
  • Accounts Payable posting and payment reconciliation in a timely manner.
  • Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database.
  • Provide assistance and support to company personnel.
  • Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws.
  • Constantly update job knowledge.
  • Support of the front desk position when/if the need arises.
  • Other duties that Company management may deem necessary or appropriate.

Job Qualifications:

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products, including intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and training will be considered.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Accounts Payable and/or Construction industry experience a plus
  • Previous Accounting Admin/Accounting Clerk experience is a plus
