 Job Description

An equipment technician must be able to provide great customer service in person, on the phone, and over the radio. This person will need to be able to lift heavy equipment/tools and work in all types of weather. Operating a forklift and other pieces of equipment will be a part of your daily duties. 

Job Requirements

  • Must have the ability to complete a forklift safety training and acquire a certificate allowing you to operate a forklift and other pieces of equipment
  • Will need to have a valid and current driver’s license
  • Will need to have a fundamental knowledge of equipment maintenance and service and be able to perform preventative service to all types of equipment
  • Be able to think fast, react even faster, and make the people you are helping feel important
  • Must have a comprehensive knowledge of the construction industry or have the ability to pick it up really fast while using great customer service skills

Salary

$31,200 - $35,360

*Average base salary depends on experience; does not include overtime or bonuses. *
