Cohen Milstein’s Washington, DC office has an opening for an associate in the Civil Rights and Employment practice group, which works to protect the rights of victims of civil rights and workplace law violations.

We are looking for a candidate with two to three years of litigation experience, strong writing and analytical skills, and preferably some knowledge of Title VII, the Fair Housing Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, or other civil rights laws. This position requires a commitment to civil rights work, a team-player attitude, and the ability to travel.

Candidates must be an active member of the DC Bar or be willing to apply for membership within 90 days of employment at the firm.
