Position Summary: Responsible for overseeing all PF&B functions of the sales and operations department to ensure sales and profitability goals are met while controlling operational expenses.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership for PF&B sales and operations teams.
  • Direct all functions of sales and operations within the territory
  • Responsible for forecasting and sales tracking
  • Evaluate market trends
  • Manage P&L statements
  • Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned

 

Education/Experience:

  • High-School Diploma/GED
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Master’s Degree Preferred
  • 2-4 years of sales management experience
  • 1+ years of previous sales experience
  • Valid driver’s license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines

Work Environment: Works in air-conditioned office with frequent traveling inside territories.

  • Occasional kneeling, squatting, and bending
  • Ability to lift/carry <50 lbs.

Reports to: General Manager

Job Status: Full-Time

FLSA Status: Salary/Exempt

Work Schedule: M-F 7:00 am to 5:00 pm; extended days and hours as needed
