Keystone Engineering Inc. is a multi-disciplinary engineering company in the energy sector that is looking to expand its team even more. Keystone has been in the offshore business for over 30 years and more than half of that time has been involved in the Offshore Wind industry. We have provided engineering support and feasibility studies for offshore wind projects globally. Keystone was the foundation designer for Block Island Windfarm and provided fabrication support, loadout design, transportation analysis of blades, on-site engineering, and construction support for the project as well. Keystone’s past and current project portfolio cover a wide range of foundation types (monopile, tripods, IBGS, suction buckets, GBS) and offshore substations.
Keystone Engineering is currently seeking an ambitious Structural Engineer to join our Renewable Energies team. You will get to work on a wide variety of renewable energy projects from offshore wind to bio-fuel and carbon capture.

Travel Requirements: Occasional site visits required.
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough load calculations, simulations, and structural integrity assessments across diverse environmental and dynamic conditions.
- Collaborate with project engineers, designers, and project managers throughout the design and support the development of innovative and cost-effective solutions.
- Understand the applicable codes, standards, and industry best practices to meet regulatory requirements.
- Provide valuable technical input by reviewing design documents, specifications, and construction plans.
- Mitigate potential risks associated with structural design through meticulous analysis and effective problem-solving techniques.
- Communicate effectively with project team members and the manager.
- Work efficiently within established budgets and deadlines.
Requirements:
- M.S. in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
- Engineering M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Civil, Structural, Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or equivalent.
- 2-5+ years experience in Energy and Offshore/Onshore Wind.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and solution advocate.
- Attention to detail.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
Experience Preferred:
- Comprehensive understanding of wind turbine technology & offshore engineering.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) or working towards becoming one.
