Keystone Engineering Inc. is a multi-disciplinary engineering company in the energy sector that is looking to expand its team even more. Keystone has been in the offshore business for over 30 years and more than half of that time has been involved in the Offshore Wind industry. We have provided engineering support and feasibility studies for offshore wind projects globally. Keystone was the foundation designer for Block Island Windfarm and provided fabrication support, loadout design, transportation analysis of blades, on-site engineering, and construction support for the project as well. Keystone’s past and current project portfolio cover a wide range of foundation types (monopile, tripods, IBGS, suction buckets, GBS) and offshore substations.
Keystone Engineering is currently seeking an ambitious Technical Project Manager to join our Renewable Energies team. You will get to work on a wide variety of renewable energy projects from offshore wind to bio-fuel and carbon capture.

Responsibilities:
- The Technical Project Manager provides leadership to the offshore wind team.
- Ensures project meets industry engineering standards and safety regulations.
- Utilizes background in offshore/onshore wind energy in day-to-day projects.
- Coordinate with clients and third parties regarding project scope, status, and technical interface issues.
- Visit client sites to evaluate the site, project requirements, and conditions.
- Provide concise, factual project solutions, allowing effective construction/installation.
- Work effectively within established budgets and deadlines.
- Identify various issues within projects, lead the development of solutions, and ensure solutions are implemented.
- Prepare and reviews technical reports, models and drawings.
- Understand project performance metrics and follow projects through completion.
- Main point of contact for our clients and responsible for the preparation of our deliverables within the expected timeline, budget, and quality.
Requirements:
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
- 5-10+ years experience in Energy and Offshore/Onshore Wind.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and solution advocate.
- Attention to detail.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
Experience Preferred:
- P.E. License and NCEES records holder.
- Technical side background with some client-facing experience.
