We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative marketing specialist to join our marketing team. In this position, you will collaborate with our marketing manager and other teams to design and execute Thern’s marketing strategy and tactics. Your work will include developing, growing, and expanding our brand awareness and lead generation through social media outreach, blogging, and other strategic tactics.

Responsibilities: including, but not limited to the following.
•    Support the marketing manager in daily administrative tasks and day-to-day activities.
•    Assist with writing creative and relevant copy for promotional use for blogs and other sources.  
•    Assist with managing social media platforms, including but not limited to, Facebook and LinkedIn.
•    Work with the marketing manager and human resources to create videos to be used for promotional content, training, and educational use.
•    Assist with the execution of e-marketing plans to meet established objectives by working with resources as necessary to carry out the design, creation, and distribution of marketing materials according to the established schedules, plans, and existing guidelines.
•    Complete research as needed to compile prospect and customer lists and document market factors through surveys, internet searches, interviews, and other methods as required.
•    Assist with the creation and implementation of marketing plans, documenting objectives, strategies, and actions to take, according to established formats, and facilitate the communication of those plans throughout the company.
•    Maintain and distribute marketing materials such as literature, photographs, electronic information, prospect and customer database files, banners, promo material and booth display.  External and internal distribution of communication and marketing materials may be through mail, fax, email, internet, and other methods as required.

 

Qualifications: 
•    Ability to work with multiple functions to coordinate the flow of information.
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•    Familiarity with different file types such as jpeg, tif, eps, pdf, dwg, and others.
•    Experience with the following software programs: Microsoft Office Suite; Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, PremierePro, Lightroom; Google Workspace; Canva, and Zoom.
•    Experience with audio and video equipment such as video camera, audio recording devices, and lighting.
•    Ability to meet deadlines and juggle multiple projects.
•    Ability to understand product and organize information.
