We service residential and light commercial customers. Are you tired of making hourly with little to no commission or no hourly and just all commission? Dial One technicians are paid both hourly plus a high commission rate on everything they sell. Our Technicians are also encouraged to sell new systems in the field and are paid very well to do so. Techs who meet our goals should make around $100,000.
