Your Role:

As a Customer Experience Champion, you'll be the heart and soul of our customer interactions. You'll have the chance to engage with customers from all corners of the country, making connections over the phone, email, and online. Responsibilities That Make an Impact:

  • Become an expert in our products, styles, designs, and frame components, so you can share this knowledge with customers and enhance their experience.
  • Focus on each customer interaction, demonstrating tact, patience, and professionalism, no matter the situation.
  • Continuously seek out new ways to surprise and delight our customers, identifying their needs and providing valuable solutions.
  • Take ownership of the entire customer experience, from initial contact to follow-ups, ensuring a seamless journey for each customer.
  • Promote all ClearVision brands and PPE products through exciting contests and sales programs.

Must-Haves:

  • High school diploma required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • 3+ years of customer service experience in retail, restaurants, call centers, or hospitality settings.
  • Track record of punctuality and reliability, even in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Tactful experience with up-selling and cross-selling products is a bonus.
  • Social media and chat experience preferred.
