Project Manager will be expected to run multiple construction jobs concurrently. You need to have the ability to guide any job from start to finish with a clear understanding of all phases of structural steel erection. Applicant will be expected to communicate with owners, architects, designers, and project officials clearly and professionally regarding all aspects of a job including changes, scheduling, and permits. The ability to anticipate potential problems before they occur is required in this position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Here are a few of the critical tasks you will be expected to undertake for this position:
- Direct reporting to Construction Manager and Branch Manager
- Subcontractor management and scheduling
- Constantly track and monitor the budget
- Constantly track and adjust schedule
- Deliver a construction project on time and on budget.
- Run a construction job from the start to the final item on the punch list.
- Identify, create, and deliver change orders for approval
- Thoroughly understand the scope of work so that change orders can be identified, created, and signed in a timely manner
- Schedule material deliveries
- Manage and adjust workforce with Project Superintendent
- Compile punch lists for all jobs and follow through on all details
- Communicate with owners, architects, designers, and project officials
- Regularly visit field construction sites to review project status.
- Attend scheduled project meetings as required.

Requirements & Qualifications:
