SUMMARY
The goal of Caddell’s Catalyst Program is to share information about construction careers and establish relationships with students who have completed their first year of college.

What We Expect
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities – Desire to work in and to learn about the construction industry. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Shows leadership and integrity.
Requirements
- Enrolled and actively pursuing college, technical, or university accredited degree program; recommended majors include and not limited to Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or other related field of study, and at minimum one (1) year of completed education, and/or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Must be available for the duration of the program – one week in June 2024. Exact timeframe will be determined at a later date.
