Job Title – Catalyst Program - Summer 2024

Location – Caddell Corporate Office

SUMMARY

The goal of Caddell’s Catalyst Program is to share information about construction careers and establish relationships with students who have completed their first year of college.

• RFI/Submittal/Material Procurement

What We Expect

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities – Desire to work in and to learn about the construction industry.  Effective written and verbal communication skills. Shows leadership and integrity. 

Requirements

• Enrolled and actively pursuing college, technical, or university accredited degree program; recommended majors include and not limited to Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or other related field of study, and at minimum one (1) year of completed education, and/or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Must be available for the duration of the program – one week in June 2024. Exact timeframe will be determined at a later date.
