Job Description:

The Department is seeking two Senior Project Managers to support the Offender Case Management System (OCMS),

ADR/CCH and EHR projects. The Department desires an individual that possess a minimum of five (5) years of

experience in a large-scale environment of 5,000 users or more.

Requirements:

The Department desires individuals that possess a minimum of five (5) years of experience with at least one of the

following. The following skillsets are required, at a minimum, to support The Department, and may be specified in a

Work Order.

1.Solid project management and leadership skills, and experience in delivering projects on time, within budget,

and with high customer satisfaction

2.Experience managing within PMI (Project Management Institute) methods, and applying standard

methodologies to achieve project results

3.Expertise and proven ability in risk management and mitigation

4.Bachelor’s Degree from accredited college/university in related field

5.5+ years’ experience as a Project Contract Manager in an IT organization

6.Working knowledge of any SQL-based query language

7.Strong knowledge of system testing and software assurance best practices and methodologies

8.Ability to exercise independent judgment and take action on it

9.Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills

10.Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives

11.Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

12.Ability to be logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail

13.Highly self-motivated and directed

14.The ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks when under pressure

15.Strong customer service orientation

16.Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

17.Extensive practical knowledge in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs and flow

charts
