Job Description

 To assist the Project Manager, Superintendent, and Coordinator in all aspects of the job on a daily basis while supporting the crews as needed and on emergency jobs. You will work with Project Managers within TLC’s Construction Department and will learn a variety of disciplines including plant, public, private and on-call work.

 

Job Requirements

  • Prepare/Submit and notify PM and superintendent on Change Orders and Cost Proposals.
  • Per direction of PM/superintendent prepare, submit and disseminate resolutions for RFI’s (requests for information).
  • Capture, document, and record quantities of materials, equipment and labor from the field.
  • Do quantity entry into View Point weekly.
  • Work with project coordinator to submit, acquire and maintain all permits, submittals, and/or other necessary forms and paperwork requirements to conduct needed work activities.
  • Initiate and ensure NM811 tickets are submitted and kept current.
  • Must be able to pass background check and drug test

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

  • Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Masters of Business Administration preferred
  • Must be able to comply with DOE security badging requirements

Salary

$38,213- $64,688

*Average base salary depends on experience; does not include overtime or bonuses. *
