Job Description

Located at our Mason City, Iowa facility.   This facility mixes and supplies custom mixed rubber compounds to all of our US & international facilities as well as other large outside companies.   Be part of a world-wide company, but in a great small town setting!

  • Communicate respectfully with all team members in both verbal and written form. 
  • Performs limited or basic troubleshooting to fix operational issues. 
  • Operates fork-lift when needed
  • Work in all aspects of operations and material flow, not limited to, check weigh, extruder, minor station, batch off & cutter station 
  • Responsible for packaging material to be shipped
  • Responsible for safe work activities at all times. Keep their work area clean and safe.

Schedule:

  • Monday-Thursday 12:00 PM - 8:15 PM
  • Friday 7:00 AM -3:15PM
  • 8 hour shifts

Mandatory Overtime as needed

*Hours may change to a standard 3-11 M-F shift closer to 2024

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency
  • Strong record of safe work practices
  • Ability to meet physical demands, including frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching, and handling; lifting (up to 40 lbs.) and moving heavier items with appropriate equipment
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing experience is a plus
