We are currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager to work in our Pipersville, PA office. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing support to the Project Manager and actively participating in all facets of the project life cycle.
- Assistant Project Manager’s Responsibilities:
• Assist in project pricing, budgeting, estimating, and scheduling Identify conflicts between specs and
drawings and present solutions
• Ensure the installation of HVAC/plumbing systems meet proper code and project requirements
• Draft RFIs, Change Orders and perform Submittal review
• Provide input for job costs reviews and updating
• Assist superintendent in field verifying dimensions and with layout
• Manage the Risk Log
• Maintain professional relationship with all project stakeholders
- Assistant Project Manager’s Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management and 2 years in project assistance
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, allied field, engineering, or equivalent experience
• OSHA 30 Certification
• Experience in commercial HVAC and Plumbing
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of Mechanical, Architectural, Civil and Structural drawings
• Thorough knowledge of construction technology, equipment, and methods
• Excellent scheduling and costing skills
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
