We are looking for motivated interns who want hands-on experience in construction management and the land clearing industry.

Position Summary:
As an Intern, you’ll work alongside experienced project managers, supervisors, and operators to gain real-world knowledge of land clearing, site prep, and construction operations. This internship is designed to give you exposure to project planning, fieldwork, and day-to-day management responsibilities in the construction industry.

What You’ll Learn:

• Project management basics (scheduling, budgeting, documentation).
• Field operations and equipment coordination.
• Safety and compliance procedures.
• Communication and leadership in construction crews.
• Hands-on exposure to industry software and reporting tools.

Responsibilities:

• Assist project managers with daily tasks and reporting.
• Support field supervisors with crew coordination and safety checks.
• Participate in site visits, inspections, and project meetings.
• Complete internship workbook and assignments to track progress and learning.
• Provide general support to office and field teams as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work in both office and field environments.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to travel to job sites as needed.
• Valid driver’s license.
