We are looking for a Vice President/General Manager to assume responsibility for our Virginia based business. Excellent earning opportunity for the right person! This individual will be responsible for sales, operations, profit/loss and must have a proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue and profit goals. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and controlling Business Unit activities and functions to achieve revenue goals and objectives while maintaining a strong customer focus, leveraging the brand, and driving employee engagement in a rapidly changing and highly competitive business environment. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Assume full operational responsibility for profit and loss-related activities.

• Develop and implement operational plans to achieve profit and growth goals and direct oversight of the operational budget to accomplish objectives.
• Develops forecasts for sales growth, market mix, and profitability.
• Participates in sales generation by actively seeking new business.
• Negotiates programs, pricing, and terms through meetings with vendors who provide key material and services.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong desire to lead and develop others.
• Industry related knowledge and experience
• 10 or more years leading teams in a related industry.
• 3+ years of Profit and Loss experience
• Proven sales experience in business-to-business services sales
• Demonstrated success and stability in their prior roles.
