Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Answers, directs and makes phone calls
- Taking and distributing messages
- May handle inquiries and work requests
- Reviews and maintains employee files and records
- Receives, sorts, and distributes incoming mail and email
- Photocopying, Scanning, and Faxing
- Types documents and data entry
- Performs other duties as required
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to safely drive an approved company vehicle and/or safely drive personal vehicle for work-related activities.
- Must be able to write, read and comprehend written and verbal job instructions/information.
- Must be able to utilize a computer or other typing device as well as utilize any related programs.
- Must have organizational skills.
- Must be able to meet short deadlines and be able to multi-task.
- Must have communication skills.
- The access to compensation information is necessary to perform the function or another routinely assigned business task.
Pre-Screen:
- Upon offer, employees may be required to complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen, background, and/or MVR check.
License & Certifications:
- A Driver's License is required.
Physical Requirements:
- Rare:(less than 10%): stooping, crawling, climbing poles, climbing ladders, kneeling, squatting, body twisting, seeing distance, climbing on/off the truck, gripping, lifting over 10 lbs. to 50 lbs., pushing, pulling, lifting up to 50lbs.
- Occasional: (up to 33%): balancing, climbing stairs, standing walking, sense of touch, manual dexterity, reaching, range of motion, lifting, carrying, lifting up to 10lbs
- Frequent: (up to 66%):
- Continuous: (up to 100%): Seeing, speaking clearly, sitting, reading, hearing – speech range, depth perception, color vision.
Safety:
Due to the inherently dangerous nature of the industry and requirements to work with or around hazardous equipment, employees must have sufficient eyesight to judge distance/coordination of equipment and tools, be able to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods, be able to withstand exposure to all kinds of weather while completing work assignments, be able to wear personal protective equipment as necessary, be able to enter and exit a vehicle numerous times a day, have the endurance necessary to traverse various terrain, be capable of performing job duties throughout a standard 8- or 10-hour day, be able to communicate with others, read, write, and comprehend written/verbal job instructions and information, and communicate and handle conflict professionally.
