We are looking to add a Director of Marketing to our marketing team of two. Ideally, this individual will have more than 5 years of experience in a high level marketing role managing an average size team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage marketing & advertising budget  
  • Develop marketing & advertising campaigns and calendar
  • Manage online advertising
  • Manage business listing sites
  • Manage and update WordPress website pages: photos, galleries, blog, press, employment, etc.
  • Create and submit press releases; manage release list
  • Manage and optimize Google Add campaigns
  • Manage and optimize SEO/Google Analytics
  • Create award submissions packages
  • Quarterly creation and administration of Cape Associates customer/vendor print newsletter
  • Manage Constant Contact lists
  • Create and maintain company presentation folders and collateral
  • Coordinate with marketing specialist and execute all expos and similar events
  • Manage customer database
  • Any necessary legal research in regards to marketing or advertising
  • Sponsorship request administration and tracking
  • Pitch stories to create publicity
  • Oversee one employee on the marketing team
